6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clawd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it in connection with the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clawd and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
